BUSINESS OPERATION / PRICING

BUSINESS DAYS / HOURS

PAYMENT UPFRONT

Full deposit is required up-front to place your order, NO EXCEPTIONS. Your payment secures our agreement that we can execute all my resources to create your masterpiece and that you're serious as I am

TURNAROUNDS

Last minute or day-of projects are NOT accepted. Projects can take up to 2-4 business days to complete. (Note: please see 'business days/hours' for times of operation). For bigger projects the turnaround time will be longer. Next day turnaround fee on projects will be a $100 fee + the regular design price

REVISIONS

I usually get things right on the first try, but it may be something that you'd like to make changes to. My services offers up to 2 FREE revisions. After those 2 revisions have been used, it will be an additional $10 per revisions. Having to redo the project over will result in repaying for the project again + $15 fee

PHOTOS & IMAGES

If you have any particular photos that you would like to include, PLEASE make sure it's HIGH RESOLUTION. Professional photos (like photo shoots) are always preferred, but if you don't have any just make sure the photo was taken from the rear camera of a high res camera phone. Please email all photos to gfxbydavinci@gmail.com

COMMUNICATION

All communication will be done via DM. Do NOT harass me asking me things like "how’s the project coming" or "when will it be done" because I will not respond and you will be left on read. Turnaround times will be provided to you along with the price and payment method. I will also show you updates of the project to see if it's to your liking before finalization. Excessively contacting me about the work will result in you getting permanently blocked after I've completed your project(s). We will no longer continue to do business afterwards. Please be respectful of my time

CONCEPTION

I am not a psychic, thus I will not know what to design for you. Before placing your order, please come prepared on having at lease a concept/idea for your project. I do not do creative freewill, because I may design something and you may not like it and/or you may have had something else in mind. So please, save us both time by having a concept of some sort

PLAGIARISM

It's perfectly fine to send a design as an idea or inspiration, but I will not be copying another person's design. This is plagiarism and it will result in you getting blocked. If you see interest in their work, don't hesitate to hit them up, but I definitely will not be copying anybody's design

NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable once the details has been sent & design has been started
